Hayarpi Aghakhanyan

Hayarpi Aghakhanyan is an accomplished Education Project Manager with a Ph.D. in Philosophy. She is the author of 11 academic publications, a participant and organizer of numerous national and international seminars, workshops, and conferences. Her special love for managing and implementing educational projects also became an incentive for her to join “Mashtots Publishing House” from the very beginning of its formation.
